Steel Forms
CRECAST Steel Forms are the result of our long experience and years of development and improvement by our professional engineering staff. We can also provide a wide range of modules for installing complete production systems in larger plants. Due to the modular concept and versatility, these systems can be tailored to your company's unique requirements.

• | rugged, solid construction with a service life of ten years and very low dimensional tolerances |
• | one worker per form during the entire production process |
• | maximize your productivity by using the adjustable head form to produce either one large or two small components at the same time |
• | manufacture corner components for various degrees using the standard steel form |
• | clean and precise edges through welded-on bevelled profiles |
• | fast and easy handling, due to the bolted joint system |
• | short conversion times with predefined adjustable grids to set wall height |
• | modular system offering interchangeable parts to adjust wall thickness |
• | unlimited surface design possibilities by placing form liners into the mould |
• | minimum of wear parts |
CRECAST steel forms come in two standard sizes, 11' and 16', and are based on
a modular concept. The bottom pallet of each steel form is enhanced with interchangeable
parts (side forms, head form, base form and mounting rails). This modular concept and
its flexibility allows you to make easy and fast adjustments to manufacture a wide range
of sizes and thicknesses. You can even equip a bottom pallet with two base forms and use
the adjustable head form to produce two components at the same time. CRECAST walls can be
produced with or without a second spur.
