Installation

Step 1: Site Preparation
The job site is excavated for a minimum of work clearance; an aggregate bed is prepared for subfooting and frost-free foundation

Step 2: Subfooting
A smooth concrete setting slab is applied. Smaller units can be placed in wet concrete as well.

Step 3: Installation
CreCast wall units are lowered into position on shims for perfect alignment and grouting purposes.

Step 4: Grouting
Wall sections are grouted in place, achieving a solid connection with subfooting.

Step 5: Backfill / Drainage
CRECAST walls are provided with drainage and backfill (where applicable) to final grade.
